Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PT Kode Digital Solusindo ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information of users ("you") when you use the website kodesolusindo.com and the applications we publish, including applications available on Google Play, the Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, and other app stores (the "Services"). If a specific application has its own privacy notice, that notice supplements this policy.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information that is necessary for the Services to work:

  • Information you provide: such as your name, email address, or phone number when you create an account, fill in a form, or contact support.
  • Device and technical information: device type, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and IP address, used for compatibility and security.
  • Usage and diagnostic data: interactions with app features, error logs, and crash reports used to improve stability.
  • Device permissions: apps only request permissions (for example camera, storage, notifications, or location) when required by a feature you use. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings.

We do not collect sensitive data such as contacts, SMS, or call logs unless it is required by the core functionality of an app and clearly disclosed in the app and in the privacy information on its store listing (for example Data safety on Google Play, App Privacy on the App Store, and the privacy information on AppGallery).

We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes. If an iOS app ever requires it, permission will be requested first through App Tracking Transparency.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To create and manage your account.
  • To send service-related notices, such as updates or security information.
  • To respond to questions and support requests.
  • To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Third-party services

Some apps may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies, for example:

4. Sharing of information

We only share information: (a) with service providers who help us operate the Services, under confidentiality obligations; (b) when required by law or a valid request from a competent authority; or (c) with your consent.

5. Data storage and security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored as hashes, and server access is restricted to authorized personnel. While we apply reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the Services. After an account is deleted, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except data that must be retained longer under applicable law. Technical logs may be kept for up to 90 days for security purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent to processing. Account deletion instructions are available on the Account & Data Deletion page, or email privacy@kodesolusindo.com.

8. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Significant changes may also be announced in the app.
