Account & Data Deletion

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile or Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to privacy@kodesolusindo.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include:

• The app name.
• The registered email address or account ID.

For security, we may ask you to verify that you own the account. Requests are processed within 7 business days after verification.

Data that is deleted

• Account data: name, email, phone number, and password (hashed).
• Profile data and content you created in the app.
• Notification tokens and user preferences.

Data that may be retained temporarily

• Technical and security logs are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• Transaction records that must be kept under applicable law, for the required period.

All other personal data is permanently deleted from our servers and backups within 30 days.

You may also request deletion of some of your data without deleting your account by emailing the address above.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not automatically cancel paid subscriptions. Cancel them in the app store where you purchased them (Google Play, App Store, or AppGallery).
