Terms & Conditions

By accessing the website kodesolusindo.com or using the apps published by PT Kode Digital Solusindo (the "Services"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services in accordance with applicable law and not to use them to harm others, damage systems, or access data without authorization.

2. User accounts

If the Services require an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Contact us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual property

All code, designs, logos, and content of the Services are owned by PT Kode Digital Solusindo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

4. User content

Content you upload remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Services. We may remove content that violates the law or these terms.

5. In-app purchases

If an app offers purchases or subscriptions, transactions are processed through the official payment system of the app store you downloaded the app from (Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, Huawei In-App Purchases, or another store system) and are subject to that store’s payment and refund terms. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your account settings of that app store.

6. Additional terms for iOS apps

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) applies together with these Terms & Conditions. These terms are between you and PT Kode Digital Solusindo, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content.

7. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Services available, but we may perform maintenance, updates, or feature changes at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PT Kode Digital Solusindo is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

9. Privacy

The use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
